As part of the HW Richardson Group, Ryal Bush Transport is a family-owned and operated business, specialising in transport contracting and demolition.

We are currently seeking an administrator superstar to join our growing team.

We are seeking a person that has previous administration experience and understanding in data input of dockets, accounts receivable, accounts payable and general office processes. Experience with Greentree and Microsoft office software would also be an advantage, however full training will be given to the successful applicant.

To be successful in this role you will need:
  • A working knowledge of accounts receivable processes
  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Customer service orientation - detailed understanding and strong curiosity about our customers and what adds value to them
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective support and rapport with personnel at all levels
  • You must work well in a team environment, be self-motivated, have a positive forward thinking attitude and take pride in your work.
